Booking Policy

Clients must call or book online with CCMT.  Once initial contact and appointment have been secured with a deposit, a therapist will follow up with the client for an initial in-take conversation via phone to rule out any contraindications for massage and establish if medical approval is needed prior to the massage. Following the initial meeting, if all checks are approved, the Clients appointment will be secured and assigned to a therapist.

All major credit cards are accepted. A 50% deposit of the booked service must be paid to secure the booking of services online. The full balance of payment is due at the time of service. Full payment at the time of booking of service is permitted.
Tips are welcomed but not required for services.

All booked sessions will begin at the scheduled time, regardless of client arrival.  If you arrive late for your appointment, you are welcome to receive the remaining time that is left for your session. No extensions will be provided. You will still be charged the total amount due for all booked services scheduled.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, notification must be provided within 48 hours of the scheduled session.  No refunds will be permitted however, a gift card will be available for any paid funds which can be used by the client towards another booked service.  Rescheduling will be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve the appointment.  Any deposits paid at the time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be applied to any other booking.

The health and well-being of my clients are of the utmost importance to me. During this time of elevated concern due to COVID-19, I would like to remind my clients of the following: please cancel your appointment immediately, if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms including fever, body aches, coughing, nasal congestion, runny nose, difficulty breathing, or sore throat. If I come to your residence or you arrive at the session with any of the following symptoms you will be asked to reschedule your massage. If I am personally experiencing any of these symptoms mentioned above, I will call you and reschedule your appointment with no penalty to the client. During your massage session, your massage therapist will wear a mask for the entire session and gloves upon request. As a client, you are required to wear a mask for the entire massage session. Massage table, massage chair, bolsters, sheets, and blankets will be sanitized and cleaned prior to each session.

Our Massage therapists will not engage with any client in an intimate social relationship. Professional and personal boundaries are respected at all times. The massage therapist will only perform services under the scope of practice. Referrals will be made when appropriate. Religious and political conversations will be held at a minimum. There is a zero-tolerance for sexual harassment or sexual misconduct during sessions. If seen or heard, your massage therapist will immediately end your massage session and all future sessions will be prohibited. Breast and genitals will NOT be massaged under any circumstances.

Clients will have the choice to be clothed or undressed to their level of comfort. The nature of most therapeutic massages requires direct skin contact to accurately view involved body parts/areas and apply massage oils/lotions. Once the massage therapist has left the room/area, clients will be asked to undress to their level of comfort and lie face down on a massage table covered with a sheet and/or blanket. Clients will be draped with a sheet and/or blanket at all times.  The therapist will only uncover the client's body part expected to be worked on and then recovered when that area has been massaged. Clients are clothed in the massage chair.
